Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a Product Manager to define strategy and manage business-facing digital solutions within the Digital and Customer Experience team. You will translate business needs into prioritized capabilities and align multiple teams around outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and partners to deliver scalable, user-centered platforms while maintaining quality standards and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties.
• Digital product management, product ownership, or related discipline experience.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute product strategy for Information Technology/Digital solutions.
• Understand in depth the relevant Digital markets, competition, and user requirements; identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead product design and development for innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure, and business development in cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies.
• Adhere to and support a quality management framework.
