Job summary

Mass General Brigham Health Plan is seeking a seasoned product leader to define, plan, and execute the product strategy for Information Technology and Digital solutions. You will understand digital markets, work with users to identify high-value opportunities, and lead design and development in cross-functional teams.

Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business development, uphold quality management, and translate business needs into clear requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties required
• Demonstrated experience in digital product management, product ownership, or a related discipline
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
• Strong experience working with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrations, workflows, and modern product development practices
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Experience Manager, Wrike, Azure DevOps, and/or SAFe is a plus
• MarTech or SalesTech product experience is a plus
• Experience with AI-native product practices or AI-enabled digital solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and execute product strategy for Information Technology/Digital solutions.
• Understand in depth the relevant Digital markets, competition, and user requirements. Work with users to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead product design and development for innovative solutions.
• Work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure, and high-performance computing experts, and business development in cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies.
• Adhere to and support a quality management framework.
