Job summary

Extended Care Specialists INC is seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in information technology and healthcare informatics to lead product strategy and lifecycle management. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, designing scalable workflows, and guiding both in-house and vendor-delivered solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business, and preferably a Scrum Product Owner certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in product management, software development, business analysis, technology implementation, or digital product development.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner/Agile Product Management Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Meet with end users and stakeholders to understand pain points and gather clear business requirements.
• Design and build scalable product solutions, workflows, interfaces, and data flows.
• Produce wireframes, diagrams, or prototypes to validate design with stakeholders.
• Evaluate whether to build in-house or customize a vendor platform; make build recommendations.
• Build product features and configurations when development is the most efficient path.
• Direct and oversee internal development and external vendors to deliver on time and scope.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Operations, and business leaders to meet security and regulatory requirements.
• Establish product success metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of product decisions, workflows, configurations, and vendor implementations.
• Other related duties as assigned.
