Job summary

BrightStar Care Technology seeks a Product Manager to support clinical product capabilities across the BrightStar Care network. You will collaborate with engineering and UX to modernize clinical workflows, streamline documentation, and improve operations from discovery to launch.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in product management within software or technology, with strong ability to translate clinical needs and compliance into clear product requirements and user stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience in software/tech or related environment.
• Proven ability to translate clinical workflows and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, Program Management, clinical partners, and stakeholders to reflect healthcare workflows.
• Manage backlog, prioritize features, and align business needs with technical delivery.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive improvements.
• Engage with clinical stakeholders to translate workflows and compliance needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog grooming, defect triage, QA, and release readiness.
