Job summary

AppliedVR is seeking a mission-driven Product Manager to integrate systems and drive the development of internal tools that support the administration and use of our medical device.

This high-impact role partners with Patient Services, Operations and Clinical teams to turn needs into actionable product requirements, build roadmaps, and measure success through KPIs. Location: Anywhere in the US. Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $155,000 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare/regulated environments.
• Strong Jira or backlog-management experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms or customer support programs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and documentation of internal support processes and workflows.
• Analyze how back-end changes impact the patient journey.
• Ensure patient-facing touchpoints are clear across support channels.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements.
• Drive execution from concept to delivery with KPI measurement.
• Build roadmaps and delivery plans; communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Support development and maintenance efforts for mental health product offerings.
