In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of products within a software technology solutions portfolio, overseeing development, commercialization, and market performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Customer Service to drive product strategy, launches, pricing, and competitive analysis. This position involves engaging with internal stakeholders and external thought leaders, ensuring products meet market needs while complying with relevant regulations. You will analyze data, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that influence business growth. The role offers an environment of innovation, professional development, and meaningful impact in the healthcare technology space, with occasional domestic and international travel.
Accountabilities
- Develop and implement product strategies to achieve revenue and profit objectives
- Manage product lifecycle activities including development, commercialization, launches, pricing, forecasting, and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with market and organizational objectives
- Analyze market research and customer data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement
- Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences regarding product strategy, business results, and emerging technologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate, fair, and complete promotional materials
- Serve as a primary liaison with key opinion leaders, professional organizations, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a Product Manager or similar role
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions
- Experience working independently and within cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (FDA, ISO) and medical device industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Project preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10%-25%)
