Our mission is to empower clinicians with precision tools that improve outcomes and redefine standards in healthcare. We partner with leading health systems and industry innovators to deliver immersive platforms that make surgery safer, faster, and more personalized.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to own the end-to-end product development lifecycle. You will translate clinical requirements into specifications that engineering can build, RA/QA can verify, and own the product documentation that carries a change through design controls. You will work closely with our research and design team, upstream marketing, engineering, and RA/QA, reporting to the Director of Product.

Responsibilities
Requirements & Specification
  • Convert opportunity briefs, unmet need, and approaches into user needs and design inputs.
  • Author product requirements documents (PRD), software requirements specifications (SRS) and related documents needed.
  • Translate clinical input from end users, KOL sessions, advisory councils and case observations into requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria that engineering builds against and QA verifies.
  • Maintain traceability from clinical need through requirement and specification to verification.
Design Controls & Product Documentation
  • Own the product design control documentation set, in partnership with the RA/QA team.
  • Provide the product content behind regulatory rationale.
  • Keep product documentation current and audit ready as the design history file evolves.
Day-to-Day Product Ownership
  • Serve as the single point of contact for product development; scope, intent, and whether something requires a specification change.
  • Maintain and groom the product roadmap/backlog alongside design, engineering and project management.
  • Participate in sprint planning and release readiness.
Product Lifecycle Optimization
  • Track product adoption, usage metrics, and customer feedback to support future prioritization decisions
  • Partner with Customer Support and Operations to triage and resolve issues, supporting a strong end-to-end customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in product management, product development, or a clinical/technical role in medical devices or clinical software.
  • Has authored design control documentation: requirements, specifications, traceability through at least one complete development cycle in a regulated environment.
  • Working familiarity with 21 CFR 820 design controls. Exposure to IEC/ISO standards.
  • Comfortable in a clinical setting/operating room.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working across design, engineering, clinical and quality functions.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or equivalent tools.

  • Collaborate with a passionate, innovative team in a fast-growing company.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
