Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eyecare, specifically refraction.
• Clinical experience or exposure to healthcare/medical device markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 40% including major trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Gather market insights from KOLs, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop differentiated product messaging and value propositions.
• Lead downstream execution of product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Create training materials and collateral to support field adoption.
• Monitor post-market performance and address feedback with QA/RA.
• Support lifecycle management and end-to-end product development.
