Job summary

Topcon Healthcare seeks a Product Manager to drive the commercial success and lifecycle management of our refraction portfolio. You will translate product strategy into market execution and align sales, marketing, clinical, and service teams for real‑world impact.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in eyecare or medical devices, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of eyecare experience, with exposure to healthcare/medical devices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and project management software.
• Ability to travel up to 40% including major trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Gather market insights from KOLs, customers, and stakeholders.
• Develop differentiated product messaging and marketing collateral.
• Lead downstream execution of product launches and ensure cross‑functional readiness.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
• Monitor product performance post‑market and drive improvements.
• Partner with R&D for new product development and lifecycle management.
