Job summary

Topcon Healthcare is seeking a Product Manager for the refraction portfolio. You will translate strategy into market execution, aligning sales, marketing, clinical and service teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities include launching products, developing go-to-market plans, training the field, and collaborating with R&D. Travel up to 40% is expected, with strong emphasis on customer insights and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or related technical field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in eyecare, specifically refraction.
• Clinical experience or exposure to healthcare/medical device markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Travel up to 40% including major trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy into market execution for refractive portfolio.
• Lead downstream product launches with sales, service and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with R&D and Program Planning on new product development.
• Develop training tools and materials for field adoption.
• Monitor field performance and drive continuous product improvement.
