Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate business requirements into Sage Intacct software solutions. You will work directly with developers, project managers and customers to design systems that drive customer satisfaction and adoption.

You will lead requirements gathering, define user-friendly solutions, train users, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and new software deployment.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) mentioned as plus.
• Experience with Sage Intacct is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and define requirements, design solutions, and support transitions to professional services.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and latest product features.
• Define and support roll-outs of solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on customer processes.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes.
