Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate business requirements into software solutions for Sage Intacct implementations. You will work with developers, project managers, and clients to design, build, and deploy ERP/fintech solutions.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, project delivery within budget and scope, and collaboration across Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems and translate requirements into solutions
• Experience assessing client requirements across business processes
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating requirements into technical solutions
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is advantageous
• Experience supporting or using Sage Intacct is a differentiator
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Suite skills

Responsabilidades

• Design and support the development of software solutions with customers
• Gather requirements, define solutions, coordinate with development, test, train, and transition to services
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and new features
• Define and roll out integrated Sage Intacct-based solutions
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Train customer end-users and map system functionality to business needs
• Document requirements into software solutions and processes
• Respond to customer technical issues during implementation
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success
