Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems and interpret requirements.
• Experience assessing client requirements across varied business processes.
• Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have for translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is a plus for data mapping and migration.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Aufgaben

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define and design solutions, coordinate with development, test integrations, train, and transition to services teams.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules and stay updated on new features.
• Define and support rollout of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on client processes and best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes using BT best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues during system implementations.
