Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of discovery, experimentation, product analytics, Agile and Lean.
• Experience with portfolio management and product operating rhythms.
• Experience enabling AI-supported workflows and responsible AI adoption.
• Strong communication and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Analytical mindset using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Operations leadership and cross-functional teams to drive operating model improvements and adoption of new ways of working.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Operationalize and improve product practices, tools, processes, and operating rhythms with documentation and measurement.
• Lead change by developing communications, training, enablement resources, and success measures.
• Coordinate initiatives across stakeholders, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Apply Lean, Agile, and DevOps to identify improvements and accelerate value delivery.
• Design and deliver enablement programs, onboarding, workshops, playbooks, templates, and communities of practice.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to track objectives, progress, outcomes, and risks.
• Support AI enablement through governance, standards, and adoption.
