Sourcebooks is seeking a Product Manager, Awareness Platform to own our mobile and web experiences from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization. This exempt role blends hands-on product ownership, UX improvements, analytics, QA, and close partnership with development across web and mobile, with regular hands-on testing and time-sensitive releases.

• 5+ years in product management, digital product ownership or closely related role.
• Strong customer and UX orientation, analytical judgment, prioritization, and product-management discipline.
• Technical fluency across mobile/web lifecycles, integrations, subscriptions, backend systems, and release processes.
• Excellent project management, QA, vendor management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with consumer subscription, membership, content/media, or direct-to-consumer digital products.

Responsabilidades

• Own the user experience, platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities across web and mobile instances.
• Become a power user and translate customer feedback, reviews, behavior, and analytics into improvements.
• Partner with development from discovery through release; Improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement, retention, and UX/UI.
• Manage external development partners, vendors, SOWs/RFPs, and defined growth initiatives.
• Bring reader motivations and discovery habits to product decisions, helping customers find content and connections that keep them coming back.
• Roadmap decisions are grounded in customer needs, behavior, performance data, strategic priorities, and technical realities.
• New features launch with strong requirements, QA, measurement, and post-launch iteration—and the customer experience keeps getting better.
• S. publisher by print units sold, we connect authors and readers through an entrepreneurial approach informed by data and reader insights.
