Job summary

Sourcebooks is seeking a Product Manager for the Awareness Platform to own our mobile and web experiences from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization. The role is hybrid or remote in New York or Naperville, Illinois, or remote in listed states, with an exempt salary range of $105,000 to $125,000.

You will lead the platform roadmap, partner with development, translate customer feedback into improvements, and drive onboarding, engagement, and retention across web and mobile products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles with mobile/web ownership.
• Experience with defining, prioritizing, testing, and releasing product improvements with software teams.
• Strong customer orientation, UX focus, analytical judgment, and product discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience, platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities for web and mobile.
• Translate feedback, behavior, and analytics into product improvements.
• Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with development partners.
• Improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement, and retention.
• Own QA, release readiness, and post-launch optimization.
