Job summary

Sourcebooks is seeking a Product Manager for the Awareness Platform to lead our mobile and web experiences from discovery through delivery and ongoing optimization. This role combines hands-on product ownership, customer advocacy, backlog leadership, UX improvements, analytics, QA, and strong partnership with development and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management or digital product management with ownership of mobile/web experiences.
Strong customer advocacy, analytics, prioritization and product-management discipline.
Technical fluency across mobile/web lifecycles, integrations, subscriptions, backend systems, and release processes.

Responsibilities

Own the user experience and platform roadmap across web and mobile experiences.
Lead backlog and prioritization, partner closely with development from discovery through release.
Improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement, and UX/UI.
Manage external development partners, vendors, SOWs/RFPs, and growth initiatives.
Translate customer feedback and analytics into product improvements.
