Sourcebooks is seeking a Product Manager, Awareness Platform to own our mobile and web experiences from discovery through delivery and optimization. The role requires hands-on product ownership, customer advocacy, backlog leadership, UX improvement, analytics, QA, and close partnership with development and cross-functional teams.
Hybrid or remote in New York or Naperville, IL, or remote in eligible US states. 5+ years in product management with mobile/web ownership.
Formación
- 5+ years in product management with mobile/web ownership.
- Strong customer and UX orientation with analytical judgment.
- Prioritization, product-management discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical fluency across mobile/web lifecycles, integrations, and subscriptions.
- Experience with consumer digital products and vendor management.
Responsabilidades
- Own the user experience, platform roadmap, backlog, and priorities across web and mobile.
- Translate customer feedback and analytics into product improvements.
- Partner with development from discovery through release; ensure strong QA.
- Improve onboarding, navigation, content discovery, subscriptions, engagement, retention, and UX/UI.
- Manage external development partners, SOWs/RFPs, and growth initiatives.
