Job summary

Sartorius North America is seeking a Product Manager, ATS Services, a remote-based role accountable for the success of the ATS services portfolio from conception through launch to commercialization. You will guide strategy, engage with key customers, and partner with Sales, Product Development and Marketing.

You will drive data-driven decisions, shape offerings, and own multi-year plans to ensure growth and competitive advantage in the market.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define, articulate and execute ATS-wide strategy and roadmap.
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into scalable service offerings.
• Develop and maintain multi-year business plan for the services portfolio.
• Drive data-based portfolio decisions across the full service lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Services Sales to define priority customer segments and opportunities.
• Engage directly with key customers and stakeholders to validate needs.
