Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Global ATS Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for the Applicant Tracking System supporting DSP hiring globally, including the US, MX, CA, BR, EU, UAE, and JP. You will own the product lifecycle, drive adoption, and manage a high-visibility program across regions to improve candidate engagement and onboarding efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the program strategy, project plans, and business requirements for product releases.
• Lead a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver against the project plan and unblock the team.
• Make tradeoff decisions with technical teams based on customer requirements; own QA/testing and integrations.
• Define problems and path forward when roadblocks arise, and elevate effectively.
• Own the go‑to‑market plan to deliver results in operational launch plans.
• Drive ATS adoption and articulate impact to cognitive load, cost, and conversion.
• Launch and manage change management communications and programs for internal users and DSPs.
• Own change management holistically from ideation through continuous improvement post‑launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ATS stakeholders across global regions.
• Coordinate roadmaps to push improvements for the DSP and DA experience.
