Job summary

isolved is seeking a skilled Product Manager for its Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to define feature qualifications, help prioritize the product roadmap, and specify frontend and backend requirements. You will assemble requirements from research, usability feedback, and competitive analysis, communicating them to the Development team.

The role involves creating detailed use cases, flows, diagrams, API specs, and coordinating with QA to fix defects and drive issue resolution across the product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience defining detailed technical user stories and use cases.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Familiar with Agile processes and environments; able to define key metrics for product success.
• Strong background in project/program management.
• Experience building user experiences and platform capabilities for web products.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform feature set to support general experience and common components in the application.
• Collaborate with engineers to scope, design and implement capabilities.
• Identify market trends to shape product lines.
• Conduct product research, requirements gathering, and product rollout.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps.
• Review and prioritize the product roadmap using relevant criteria.
• Define design processes for innovation and scalability of current and new product lines.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
