Job summary

isolved is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) team. This role is ideal for professionals transitioning from Business Analysis into Product Management or for those early in their PM career looking to expand impact.

You will help translate business needs into valuable product solutions with engineering, UX, QA, and leadership collaboration. You will develop product strategy, execute roadmaps, and write clear user stories while engaging in customer

Qualifications

3+ years of experience creating detailed technical user stories, requirements, and use cases.
3+ years of experience in Product Management.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, AirFocus, and Agile development methodologies.
Experience using or a strong interest in AI tools for analysis, documentation, prototyping, or requirements generation.
Basic understanding of UX principles and experience collaborating on wireframes, user flows, and designs using Figma or similar platforms.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and PowerPoint communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Group Product Manager to support product strategy, priorities, and quarterly objectives for the ATS platform.
Manage backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint planning activities with Engineering teams.
Leverage AI-powered tools and Figma to create early concepts, document workflows, and summarize product requirements.
Define, document, and enhance user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Work with UX and QA teams to review designs and validate product functionality before release.
Monitor feature development progress and support launch readiness, including release docs and enablement.
Participate in customer conversations, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews with Product leadership.
Contribute to product documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and user guides.
Show flexibility and teamwork to support additional product initiatives as needs evolve.
