Job summary

Amazon’s Global ATS Product Manager will define the vision for the Applicant Tracking System powering DSP hiring and onboarding across regions including the US, MX, CA, BR, EU, UAE and JP. You will drive adoption, partner with global stakeholders, and lead end-to-end product delivery from ideation to post-launch improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the program strategy, project plans, and business requirements for product releases.
• Lead diverse stakeholders to deliver against the project plan and unblock the team.
• Make tradeoff decisions with technical teams and own QA/testing and integrations.
• Define problems and path forward when facing roadblocks and escalate effectively.
• Own the go-to-market plan to deliver results and ensure goals are met in launch plans.
• Drive ATS adoption by articulating impact to cognitive load, cost, and conversion.
• Launch and manage change management communications and programs for internal users and DSPs.
• Balance gathering anecdotes with data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
