Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Product Liability Attorney for a remote position based in Seattle, WA. The role defends product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort cases across AI, automotive, consumer products, and technology sectors.

The attorney will manage cases with autonomy, draft briefs, oversee discovery, and handle MDL proceedings while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation.
• Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and in Washington or California.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
