This non-partnership-track, remote-friendly role offers autonomy, collaboration, and exposure to high-stakes matters for industry-leading clients. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in product liability or complex litigation, bar admission in WA or CA, and prior experience defending manufacturers.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in WA or CA in good standing.
• 15+ years of substantive product liability or complex litigation experience.
• Experience defending manufacturers, suppliers, distributors in product liability and toxic tort matters.

Responsibilities

• Defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in complex product liability and toxic tort litigation.
• Serve as a key contributor on national and global litigation teams, including MDLs.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and client correspondence.
• Manage day-to-day case responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate document discovery: collection, review, and production.
• Analyze technical, scientific, and causation issues central to product liability claims.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to develop litigation strategy.
