Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Product Liability Attorney for a remote role based in Los Angeles, CA. You will defend manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort matters, serving clients across AI, automotive, consumer products, and technology sectors.

Applicants should have at least six years of relevant experience, strong case management skills, and excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Qualifications

• JD degree required.
• Active bar membership in residence state and in WA or CA.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
