Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Product Liability Attorney for a remote position based in San Diego, CA. The attorney will defend manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort matters across AI, automotive, consumer products and technology sectors.

Requirements include 6+ years of experience, strong case management, excellent written and oral communication, and active bar membership in CA or WA. JD is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in products liability or commercial litigation.
• Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Active bar membership in the state of residence and in CA or WA.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
• Oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
