Job summary

Humana in Louisville, KY seeks an Associate Director of Product Management to lead the ATX product management team. You will guide discovery, prioritization, and roadmaps, using data to drive decisions and measure outcomes for associates and the business.

You will partner across Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Operations to improve practices, governance, and product health, delivering tangible value and growth for Humana’s associate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience incl. discovery, roadmap, prioritization, and outcome measurement.
• 3+ years of people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Experience leading PMs for enterprise tech products and vendor solutions.
• Proven success advancing product maturity, governance, and performance metrics.
• Experience leveraging customer insights, analytics, and outcome measures to guide decisions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function for ATX, setting expectations, standards, and accountability for the product team.
• Coach and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers through hiring, performance management, mentorship, and career development.
• Improve discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, and decision-making to focus on high-value opportunities for associates and the business.
• Evolve product practices, governance, and operating mechanisms to improve transparency and alignment.
• Integrate customer research, analytics, and market trends into product decisions and investments.
• Define and continuously evolve the product performance framework with outcome measures and adoption metrics.
• Strengthen go-to-market and lifecycle practices to communicate capabilities and demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, Operations, and other leaders to align priorities.
