Job summary

Humana is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management for Associate Technology Experience (ATX) to lead a talented product team and advance discovery, roadmaps, and data-driven decisions that improve outcomes for associates and the business.

The role partners with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Operations to shape opportunities, investments, and delivery, while maturing product practices and governance across the ATX portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, including discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and measuring outcomes.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management, and building high-performing teams.
• Experience leading products in enterprise technology, services, or platforms with vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience (ATX), establishing clear expectations and accountability for the team.
• Develop, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers through hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Improve product discovery, roadmaps, prioritization, and decision-making to maximize value for associates and the business.
• Define and evolve the product practices, governance, and operating model to improve transparency and alignment across the organization.
• Integrate customer research, analytics, and market trends into decisions and investment recommendations.
