Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function for Associate Technology Experience (ATX) and set clear expectations and accountability.
• Develop, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers through hiring, performance management, and career development.
• Improve discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and decision-making to maximize value for associates and the business.
• Advance product management maturity with governance, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
• Integrate customer research, analytics, and market trends into investment recommendations and prioritization.
