Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in Product Management including discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and measurement.
• 3+ years of people leadership.
• Experience leading PMs for enterprise tech products and vendor-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to advance product maturity through practices, governance, and metrics.
• Experience leveraging customer insights, analytics, and outcome measures.
• Ability to monitor product health, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
• Ability to partner with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Operations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Product Management function for ATX, establishing clear expectations, standards, and accountability.
• Develop, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Product Managers through hiring, performance management, mentorship, and career development.
• Improve discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and product decision-making for associates and the business.
• Advance product management maturity by defining and evolving practices, operating mechanisms, governance, and ways of working.
• Strengthen integration of customer research, experience measurement, analytics, operational insights, and market trends into decisions.
• Establish and evolve the product performance framework with outcome measures and adoption indicators.
• Strengthen GTM and lifecycle practices with adoption strategies and clear communication of new capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and improve product outcomes.
• Provide product leadership and recommendations for strategic planning and roadmap direction.
