Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of Product Management with discovery and roadmap experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership, building high-performing teams.
• Experience leading enterprise technology products and vendor integrations.
• Experience maturing product practices and governance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management function for ATX and set team expectations.
• Develop and coach a high-performing Product Manager team.
• Improve discovery, roadmap, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Advance product management maturity, governance, and performance measurement.
• Integrate customer research, analytics, and market trends into decisions.
• Define product health metrics, adoption, and outcomes.
• Align with Engineering, Design, Research, Analytics, and Operations.
• Provide leadership and recommendations for strategic planning and roadmaps.
