Humana is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management for the Associate Technology Experience (ATX) portfolio. You will guide a team of Product Managers in discovery, prioritization, and roadmapping, leveraging customer insights and performance metrics to drive associate and business outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years in product management and outcomes measurement.
• 3+ years of people leadership including coaching and performance management.
• Experience leading product managers for enterprise tech products and platforms.
• Proven track record in growing product maturity and governance.
• Ability to partner with engineering, design, analytics and operations to improve outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Product Management function for ATX and set clear expectations for the team.
• Develop, coach, and grow a high-performing PM team through hiring and career development.
• Improve discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and decision-making processes.
• Evolve product practices, governance, and operating mechanisms for better outcomes.
• Integrate customer research, analytics, and market trends into product decisions.
• Define and monitor product health metrics and adoption indicators.
• Strengthen go-to-market and lifecycle practices with effective communication of new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, analytics, and operations leaders.
• Provide leadership that informs strategic planning and roadmapping while staying aligned to ATX goals.
