Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Senior Product Leader to define and own the payments roadmap, driving optimization and regulatory compliance across the platform.

You will partner with engineering and finance to deliver multi-million dollar improvements and shape a modern payments platform for a national US market. Candidates with 7–15 years in product management, especially in payments, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, incl. 3+ years in payments/fintech.
• Knowledge of payment rails (ACH, RTP, FedNow, SWIFT, card networks).
• Understanding interchange economics and US payments regulations.
• Vendor management experience and collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement Arcadia's payments strategy and roadmap.
• Own payment optimization, compliance, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive multi-million dollar improvements in payment economics.
• Build a modern, best-in-class payments platform.
