Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead strategy, roadmapping, and execution for a strategic portfolio within the Genius platform.

You will guide a team of Product Managers and collaborate with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, customer-focused commerce solutions across physical and digital channels. This role emphasizes modernization, platform health, and effective governance while driving growth and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years in product management, strategy, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading Product Managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers for POS and digital commerce products.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for integrated commerce portfolio with POS and digital experiences.
• Establish scalable PDLC and product operating model with repeatable discovery, prioritization, and launches.
• Drive transition to a product-led roadmap informed by market opportunities and customer insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to validate direction and communicate roadmap.
