The ideal candidate will translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, lead transformational initiatives, and collaborate across Capital One’s Payments Platform to ensure accuracy and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Create a long-term roadmap that supports a broader enterprise vision and industry trends.
• Engage Lines of Business (LOBs) to define, prioritize and build reusable capabilities to support payment strategies across the company.
• Partner closely with Tech to ensure that the platform architecture can support existing and emerging value drivers.
• Collaborate with Program to create and maintain well-defined and sustainable communication channels with our LOB partners.
• Ensure the platform is accurate and performant.
• Develop and align on the platform’s data posture.
• Drive tooling to improve reconciliation.
• Enable AI adoption and value.
