Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks a Director of Product Development to lead the core platform strategy for Agentic Commerce. You will define foundational payment infrastructure, build reusable platform services, and lead a team to scale capabilities across a global network, including identity resolution and fraud prevention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product leadership with payments/fintech/digital wallets.
• Proven track record building platform-level services, not just features.
• Deep understanding of transaction processing, tokenization, authentication, and trust infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year vision and roadmap for the Agentic Commerce platform.
• Build and scale foundational payment services including identity resolution and fraud prevention.
