Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead strategy, roadmap development, and execution for a strategic component of the Genius portfolio, Global Payments' flagship commerce and software platform.

You will lead a team of Product Managers and partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and customers to define and realize a product vision that balances platform stability, user experience modernization, and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in product management or strategy roles.
• Experience leading PM teams and cross‑functional groups.
• Experience with POS, digital ordering, commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers for a portfolio of POS and digital commerce products.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for integrated commerce portfolio.
• Establish scalable PDLC and operating model with repeatable processes.
• Translate market opportunities into prioritized roadmaps and requirements.
