Paycom - ATS in Los Angeles–Bell, CA is seeking a Product Development Coordinator to support new product launches and manage the lifecycle of existing products across B2B and e-commerce channels. You will coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Production, Distribution and Sales to ensure timely, accurate updates to specs, packaging, pricing, and certifications.

The role demands strong Excel/Outlook skills, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), attention to detail and the ability to

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3 years of continuous project management or similar experience.
Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.

Responsabilités

Maintain constant communication with overseas vendors to obtain product information.
Coordinate new product launches through project management tools (Monday.com and Asana).
Collaborate with departments to support launch tasks (spec sheets, packaging updates, pricing sheets, certifications).
Coordinate communications regarding new product releases and engineering changes to update processes and files.
Audit databases, catalogs, packaging, and materials for data and pricing integrity.
Identify areas for improvement in product- and pricing-related processes.
Update product and pricing information across systems for accuracy and consistency.
