Job summary

Helmet House, Inc is seeking a Full Time Product Information Coordinator in Calabasas Hills, CA to join the Merchandising Team. The role focuses on data integrity in ERP systems, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of product information and SKUs.

Responsibilities include reviewing files for completeness, entering product data, and correcting discrepancies while supporting the Planning department as needed. Strong Microsoft Office proficiency is recommended for data handling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Review files for completeness and accuracy.
• Enters product and SKU data through a manual upload in the system.
• Identifies and corrects discrepancies occurring during the entry process.
• Identifies and corrects discrepancies in the system caused by incorrect or incomplete data.
• Maintain system integrity.
• Manages and executers Sku revisions.
• Responds to all PIM-related inter-departmental correspondence with a sense of urgency.
• Additional responsibilities as support for the Planning department.
