Job summary

HKR.TEAM is seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Associate to help manage a luxury interior design catalog for a US-based client. You will standardize product data across ERP, PIM, and the website, validate specs, and ensure launches are error-free.

We operate remote-first, fully supporting distributed teams. This role is remote, full-time, with US East overlap and a startup culture that values initiative and process improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years in data entry, product data, catalog management, or similar role.
Accuracy is essential; double-check work and spot tiny errors.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups, pivot tables, cleaning).
Familiarity with ERP, PIM, or e-commerce back-ends is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up new products and SKUs in ERP, PIM, and website for flawless launches.
Gather, validate, and maintain product data across lifecycle.
Reconcile info across systems and fix discrepancies at source.
Follow up with vendors to obtain missing specs while protecting relationships.
Maintain up-to-date trackers for open requests and launch readiness.
Run weekly/monthly data cycles, audits, and launch prep.
Identify recurring data issues and suggest improvements.
