You will research inquiries across curriculum, content, digital functionality, pricing, and classroom implementation, collaborating with product, marketing, platform operations, and support to deliver accurate responses.

This is a remote role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience and understanding of the education industry and how educational products are sold and delivered.
• Demonstrated success with achieving service level expectations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer inquiries by Sales Representatives, Curriculum Specialists, and customer support teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and solve product-related issues with high urgency.
• Use online tools, print resources and a network of experts to resolve product questions.
• Work with Product Marketing and Academic Design to transfer product knowledge.
• Create and maintain sales tools to assist with product demonstrations, trainings and placing orders.
