Leybold USA INC. seeks a Technical and Commercial leader to grow the service product portfolio across North America, driving field service, upgrades, training, and spare parts while collaborating with global product management and marketing teams.

You will shape pricing, launches, and go-to-market plans, and provide technical support to sales and service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and market expansion in the vacuum industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical sales, product marketing, product management, or service-related business development.
• Experience in vacuum industry or industrial technology markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive growth of Leybold's service portfolio, including field service, upgrades, repairs, training, refurbished equipment and parts.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase service revenue and expand market share across North America.
• Support service product management activities, including pricing strategies, product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with North American and Global Service Marketing teams to develop effective customer messaging and support growth campaigns.
• Train and support Leybold sales teams on service offerings, value propositions, and solution development.
