For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Design Lead, working remotely from the United States.

As a Product Design Lead, you will champion user-centered design principles and work closely with product management and engineering teams to develop innovative and intuitive solutions. You will play an integral role in the design process by creating flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs that enhance the user experience. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct workshops, and ensure that design decisions align with both customer needs and business goals. Your expertise will help define design strategies, validate concepts, and ensure a smooth, cohesive product development lifecycle.

Accountabilities:

• Advocate for a user-centered approach to product development and design, ensuring customer needs are met at every stage.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams throughout the design and development process to ensure alignment and project success.
• Create design deliverables such as flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual designs.
• Conduct workshops and design sessions with cross-functional teams to encourage collaborative thinking.
• Test concepts and prototypes with users to gather feedback and refine designs.
• Deliver customer-centered design presentations and defend design decisions to internal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in creating usable designs, concepts, and prototypes for specific product features.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered methodologies and research in product design.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and stakeholders to gather design specifications.
• Experience with network or security domains is a plus.
• Ability to validate design concepts with end-users and incorporate feedback to drive product improvements.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling design.
