Nextech, a leader in specialty healthcare technology solutions, seeks a seasoned program & portfolio manager in the US. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize product development, align budgets, and drive cross-functional initiatives with executive leaders.

Qualifications

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years experience implementing technical projects and programs.
Preferred background in SaaS platforms and products.
Strong proficiency with project mgmt tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Jellyfish), data viz (Tableau, Power BI), and financial tracking.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage product development programs aligned with business objectives.
Support budgeting, forecasting expenditures, and financial tracking.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting with KPIs.
Standardize product development reporting and documentation to support roadmaps.
