Job summary

Nextech Systems is hiring a Senior Program Manager to drive product development programs in a healthcare technology setting. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, finance, and engineering to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of experience with SaaS products, strong data visualization and planning skills, and a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years of experience delivering technical projects and programs.
Preferred SaaS platform background.
Proficient with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Jellyfish, Tableau, and Power BI for planning and reporting.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Program and Portfolio Management: assist in planning and managing product development programs.
Financial Planning & Budgeting: support budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with priorities.
Process Optimization: identify opportunities to improve efficiency and standardize processes.
Strategic Project Execution: lead cross-functional projects with clear objectives and timelines.
Departmental Reporting: manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reporting.
Documentation & Roadmap Support: standardize content and documentation for roadmaps.
