Job summary

Bathing Brands Inc. is seeking a Remote Product Catalog Manager to lead the daily operation and continuous improvement of our growing multi-brand catalog across our eCommerce ecosystem.

You will own SKU creation, taxonomy, pricing updates, and catalog architecture while partnering with ERP, Web Development, Marketing, and Sales teams. This hands-on leadership role requires strong data skills, problem solving, and a track record of improving catalog processes and outcomes in a complex product

Qualifications

• Experience leading Product Catalog, PIM, or ecommerce catalog operations.
• Experience leading people, setting priorities, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong understanding of SKU governance, taxonomy, attributes, classifications, and data quality.
• Experience with large or complex product catalogs and large-scale updates.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP and/or PIM systems and data movement between systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Product Catalog team while overseeing complex catalog work.
• Own day-to-day health, structure, governance, and continuous improvement of the multi-brand catalog.
• Own SKU creation and standardization across manufacturer and Bathing Brands Exclusive brands.
• Establish scalable SKU structures, variants, kits, and product relationships.
• Manage catalog changes from receipt through implementation across systems and sites.
• Ensure product and pricing changes reflect across ERP, ecommerce sites, and related systems.
• Define standards for attributes, classifications, relationships, and data quality.
• Improve taxonomy, categories, filters, and catalog architecture.
