Job summary

DoiT International is seeking a Product Operations Analyst - Product Analytics to reinforce how our R&D decisions are grounded in data and to accelerate our AI transformation across the organization.

You will work at the intersection of product, data, AI, and customer insight, building scalable measurement and analytics foundations that inform product investments and customer outcomes, with remote collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or related roles.
• Experience working with digital product teams and influencing decisions through data.
• Strong SQL and experience with event-based analytics and BI tools (Mixpanel/Looker).

Responsibilities

• Establish and evolve the product analytics measurement framework and instrumentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define event taxonomy, tracking standards, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain scalable, self-service dashboards for product teams and stakeholders.
• Translate product usage and customer signals into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support data quality, automation, and AI-assisted reporting while maintaining metric integrity.
