Job summary

itD is seeking a Technical Product Operations Specialist IV to drive program execution, data-driven decision-making, and technical process improvements across products and platforms. The role emphasizes SQL analytics, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.

The candidate will manage multiple workstreams with independence, write and optimize SQL queries, and build dashboards for real-time business decisions. Remote US with hybrid options in NYC, Menlo Park, DC, or Seattle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or program management.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations.
• Experience using AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis or improve productivity.
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets with complex formulas and automation.

Responsibilities

• Drive program execution across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives and accelerating delivery.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to analyze product data and identify actionable trends.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support real-time decision-making.
• Leverage AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate data analysis and automate repetitive processes.
• Identify and mitigate program risks using data to anticipate roadblocks and drive resolutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliver objectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently with strong organization and execution.
