You will interface with senior leaders, HR, Finance, and program leads worldwide, driving smarter hiring and cross-functional analytics while advancing automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Ability to reconcile and analyze data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Data structure & organization to track skills, staffing, and capacity globally.
• Use AI-driven tools to analyze resourcing and skill gaps and deliver leadership reports.
• Develop scalable analytics and AI-enabled solutions that automate reporting and forecasting.
• Engage stakeholders across Operations, HR, Finance and programs worldwide.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure data quality and support key business decisions.
• Prepare and present findings to senior leaders in concise formats.
